Konsten att delta (the art of participation) is found where our participants are located. We will try to match you with a colleague in your area. The art of participating is based on individual meetings and mutual exchange between colleagues. Once matched with a colleague, you decide for yourself how and when you meet.

Once matched, we expect you and your colleague to:

  • maintain a respectful collegial professional relationship.
  • work for mutual exchange and provide access to each other’s networks.
  • exchange experiences and differences/similarities within your line of work.
  • jointly visit the project’s activities in the region.
  • meet each other on at least 6-12 occasions in one year. Many of our participants meet on several occasions and engage in different projects together.
